Today we took the ride down to Skibas Gym in Carteret NJ. I haven't been to Skibas since December, 2010. It was nice to take the trip down the turnpike. Skibs has quite the set up down there and we wanted to get FC some new exposures. The trip was a good time for all. I trained at Skibs for a year and a half, Steve for about a year, and this was FC's first trip. Skibs has 3 monolifts now to go along with 2 competition benches, 2 reverse hypers, a plyo swing, a back attack machine, GHR's and 45 degree back extension. Skibs also has the most extensive collection of lifting bars I have ever seen. There are just too many to list.
To all aspiring lifters in the Central Jersey area, to everyone who thinks they may be strong, to anyone who thinks Retro is hardcore, to every local high school or college lifter, take my advice. Call Henri Skiba of Skiba's Gym at 732-598-9369. Get to Skibas Gym and Get Strong!
A very special thanks to Henri Skiba for opening his doors to us today and allowing us to come down and train!

Henri ROCKs!
