Decided, since I am off from work this week, to do some cardio on an empty stomach. I started by doing 20 minutes on the elliptical machine bright and early. After that I put some protein in my stomach and got to training.
This mornings training looked like this:
DB RDL's
4 sets x 55's x 12 reps
Pull Throughs
4 sets x 150 x 15 reps
Seated Leg Curls
4 sets x 225 x 12 reps
45 degree back extensions
4 sets x 10 reps
After words, we took it to Philadelphia. I did extra cardio this week just to compensate for this trip today. All in all I didn't do too badly, having one Papa Luke at Tony Luke's early on, and one Roast Pork sandwich with Provolone and Broccoli Rabe in the afternoon at Tommy DiNic's. Considering we walked a ton, my hamstrings were torched, and I got some extra GPP work in as well.
Back at it tomorrow in the morning with Bench Press assistance training. The bands and my ab strap came via UPS from Elite today, so I am excited to get them in to my training again!
